You'll love our new custom made floor mats. Each one is carefully Japanese hand made. The mats are constructed from a 9mm thick black carpet that is specially made for us and have a rubber backing to keep them securely in place. You can choose the color of the vinyl edges, the color of the text, and choose the custom text you would like written. We are also using a new thicker rubber heal pad which has small spikes for ultimate grip and no slipping as shown on our front page.
**The price includes Japan postal shipping already added, please allow 3-5 days after we send the package out to recieve it. Japan postal is the cheapest shipping method possible. The price of our mats has been raised a bit due to the Japanese Yen is currently stronger than the US Dollar. We are also using a newer brand carpet which is of higher quality and more expensive than our previous, we believe in quality so we only wanna use the best for YOU the customer**

How they are made:
Each mat is traced onto a large piece of carpet. We trace around an original factory standard mat to get exact measurements.
After the mat is traced it is then cut out, the result is a mat the exact same size as the factory standard.
Then the mat is placed on our rubber backing and traced.
Once done the rubber is then cut out.
Then it's off to our sewing machine to have the text of your choice embroiderdand sewn on the mat.

Once that's finished the heal pad is sewn on.
Then it is time for the rubber backing to be sewn on. This must be done by hand first.
Once the rubber is sewn on we can then start on the trim. This must be done by hand and is the hardest part. We must stick the needle through the carpet and the rubber!
Now we are almost done, we poke holes into the mat and install the eyelits.
Some velcro is put around the edges to help hold the mat to the floor even more.
Now we are finally all done! And that's all the work that goes into making "you" the customers custom floor mats. Here are some closer up pictures
We make sure your new mats are well packed for shipping as well.
Both mats are placed in a large plastic back and stuck between 2 pieces of cardboard. Then put inside a large paper bag and sealed.
Then it is time for the rubber backing to be sewn on. This must be done by hand first.
